ROBERT A. RATLIFF, Esq.

 

Robert Ratliff is one of the Country’s most dedicated post-conviction and criminal defense attorneys.  A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where he received a B.A. and the University of Cincinnati Taft College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Ratliff has practiced law in the State of Ohio and Alabama and has appeared in State and Federal courts throughout the United States.  Mr. Ratliff is admitted to practice before all Federal Courts of Appeal, the United States Supreme Court and numerous District Courts.

Mr. Ratliff is a tireless advocate of the constitutional rights of individuals.  He has represented people charged in criminal matters throughout the United States and overseas.  At every opportunity Mr. Ratliff has fought for the rights of individuals and against the oppression of the Government.

Mr. Ratliff is also the publisher and author of the monthly newsletter, Ratliff’s Law Review which has provided attorney’s, inmates and their families with concise and updated legal analysis on today’s most important criminal defense developments.

 

 

 

  John A. Green, Esq.

Jon Green has been practicing law for over 27 years. He has practiced in most areas of civil law including Plaintiff’s cases, civil defense, workman’s comp, long shore harbor workers, and Probate cases. Mr. Green graduated Summa Cum Laude from Spring Hill College where he received a B.S. degree, and from the University of Texas School of Law, in Austin, Texas, where he received his Juris Doctorate.

Mr. Green is admitted to practice law in the States of Texas, Mississippi and Alabama, including State and Federal courts. He is also admitted to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, numerous District Courts and Federal Courts of Appeal.

Mr. Green has also been an Adjunct Professor of Constitutional Law at Spring Hill College, and taught as an Instructor in their Lifelong Learning program for many years.

Mr. Green has been involved in prominent Appellate work for his clients and has always been an enthusiastic supporter of his clients’ causes. His wealth of experience in all areas of law and diligent study of the law allow him to serve well the interests of his clients.
